My Leadership Philosophy
As a leader, I believe in integrity, transparency, and empathy. I take a hands-on approach to leadership, but I also recognize the importance of trusting and empowering my team to make decisions. With over 25 years in the I.T. and AV industry, PJ has honed a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic business leadership. From the early days of their career, PJ has worked on a wide range of projects—spanning from global business operations to large-scale systems implementations across diverse industries. This breadth of experience has equipped him with the ability to understand both the intricate technical details and the broader business objectives that drive success.
As a hands-on leader, PJ is deeply involved in both day-to-day operations and long-term planning, believing that true leadership comes from guiding teams through both challenges and triumphs. Our Leaders
My two most important passions outside of work are spend time with the family and music. DJing provides a unique outlet for my creativity. I’ve found that it shares a lot in common with leading a successful tech team—both require timing, adaptability, and a deep sense of balance between creativity and precision.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring art and reading. Both passions provide me with new ways to think and approach problems—whether it’s seeing the world through an artist’s eyes or diving into a book to expand my knowledge. These interests help me maintain a creative balance and inspire fresh perspectives.
When I’m not immersed in code, you’ll find me enjoying my two favorite hobbies: biking and board games. I love spending time outdoors on my bike, pushing myself on a new trail. I find that board games, whether it’s a game of strategy, teamwork, or pure fun, offer the challenge of finding new ways to think and solve problems.
